Continuing your calorie smart eating involves a bit more than simply watching how many calories you eat and the type of calories you choose. You’ll need to “Shuttle” your calories in order to keep your body from getting to hungry and slowing its metabolism; it’s easy to do. In last weeks tip (How many calories) I gave you a simple formula to follow which will keep you basically on track. Now add this trick to your meal planning and watch the scale move continuously! By simply adding 100-200 calories every 3rd day for a couple days you’ll give your body the needed high injection to burn hot. Envision a camp fire when you toss a couple of fresh branches on it, Boom! You may even cut your calories back 100-200 for a couple days to achieve an even greater shuttling effect from time to time. Remember that this should only be done for 2 days at a time or it will lose its effectiveness. Have fun with it and control your destiny!
