Still searching for that miracle drink to make you look and feel
younger?
Try turning on your faucet.
That’s right it’s none other than good ole H2O that’ll
zap you with that youthful feeling and healthy glow. This lovely
liquid will help you loose that belly bulge and keep you full so

Experts recommend that the average person gulp down eight, 8-ounce
glasses of water a day. But that may still not be enough. You should
drink an additional 8-ounces for every 25 lbs of excess fat you’re
carrying. Whew! That seems like a lot, especially if you can’t
stand to drink the stuff already. But read on and I guarantee you’ll

Be Kind To Your Liver!
This is the one organ you want to keep running like a Mustang when
it comes to loosing weight. Why? The liver takes stored fat and
converts it to energy. The liver also fills in for the kidneys.
Here’s where water is very important. The kidney’s need
water like your car needs gas. So if you don’t fuel your kidneys
then the liver has to now work double time to do not only it’s
own job but also the kidneys’ work. That means the liver won’t
be able to burn as much fat as it could if it only had to worry
about it’s own job. So be kind to your liver and drink up!

measurement and time of which you want to have drank a certain amount.
Buy small bottles of water and leave them in places that you spend
lots of time - your home office, your car, your work office, put
one in your purse, in the baby’s stroller, in your gym bag,
in the laundry room, anywhere you might be. That way, you’ll
always be able to effortlessly grab a drink!
