Ever wonder if there are any tricks to dropping a little extra weight? When timed out just right your nightly cardio can often make a significant dent. Simply hit the cardio for a 30-40 minute solid session around 6pm and follow it with about 4-6 ounces of clean baked fish (I recommend fresh Cod w/ no salt or condiments) and about 3-6oz. of baked potato (no salt of any kind). Hit the hay in about 1-2 hours and let your natural metabolism take over. Don’t be surprised if the magic weight loss fairy pays you a visit in your sleep!
