·         Shoulder injury may be the most common injury that athletes experience and everyone will most likely have some type of shoulder discomfort or pain in their fitness life.

·         Extensive research has been done on shoulder injuries like ROTATOR CUFF – IMPINGEMENT – AC SPRAINS but these injuries remain very difficult to diagnose.
