“I often receive questions from curious fitness followers. One of my fav followers which I lovingly call “The Riddler” recently sent in a product profile for me to analyze. I thought it would help some of you too. The product gave the impression that it would cut abs for you or “Give you a six pack”. There are so many that make this claim, I felt no need to provide the name but simply give you the fact”. www.bodytekonline.com
Dear Riddler,
Here are the facts about your product: It’s an Omega Fatty Acid supplement. It contains the Omega 3 (Fatty Fish, flaxseed oil, Walnuts, pumpkin seeds) and 6 fatty acids (Borage and Primrose oil) which are necessary for proper insulin usage. They also help with carb cravings by providing your body with a shot of good fuel which eases your hunger. These are essential in any diet particularly when losing weight. It also contains the newly popular CLA (Coconut Oil) which may provide the best fuel source of all. This product does not contain the omega 9 fatty acid. It’s not considered essential but should be included in your supplement as it can ward off many health problems like heart attacks and even cancer.
However:
This is NOT a weight loss product. It’s simply an EFA supplement which may be included in your vitamins (If they’re good ones). There are many EFA supplements out there providing the same benefits as this product and some that add the omega 9 to their blend as well (Omega Multi). I suggest that you go to MAX MUSLCE (My favorite) and request an omega 3,6,9 supplement preferably with CLA included. This may save you some money and even provide a more complex version of your omega multi supplement.

Have a great Sunday Rid!
