Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

 
 

olive oil (just a little)
brussel sprouts fresh
white balsamic vinegar
white pepper
salt

First steam fresh brussel sprouts in microwave until cooked but firm.
In pan on stove heat oil.
Cut brussel sprouts in ½ place cut-side down in oil.
Brown them slowly.
Then brown the other side.
Add salt & pepper & spritz w/ vinegar then stir until vinegar evaporates.
