Lemon Brown Chicken
 
 

Thawed chicken breasts
1-2 c. Wheat germ (adjust depending on how many breasts you are cooking)
1-2 tbls. Lemon pepper
Lemon
2 tsp. Olive oil

Mix wheat germ and lemon pepper in a plastic zip-lock bag.
Rub each chicken breast with olive oil. Place each chicken breast separately in the bag of wheat germ mixture. Shake to coat the breast. Place breasts in a Pam sprayed pan. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon on top of the breasts. If you like it really lemony use the whole lemon. Bake uncovered in the oven at 425? for 25 mins. If the chicken is still pink inside cook only 5 minutes more. You don’t want dry chicken!
