Chicken and Rice To Go

1 – 5 oz. can of Swanson’s Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in water
½ cup of cooked brown rice
1 cup canned green beans
Durkee Grill Creations Original Beef Seasoning
Salt


Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Use the salt and Durkee seasoning to taste. Heat in the microwave just long enough to get it warm about 1 minute. This can be eaten cold also if you have to bring it with you.

Need higher protein? Add another can of chicken or the larger can.
Need lower carbs? Use only ¼ cup of brown rice. Subtract 11 gms. of carbs.
