BODYTEK HAMBURGER HELPER
(Oops, it’s not hamburger!)

 

1 to 1-1/2 lbs of Ground Turkey Breast
2 servings of Success Ready to serve brown rice
1 sm. can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 soup can of water
2 tbls Lite soy sauce

Brown ground turkey in a skillet sprayed with PAM.  Add soup, water, brown rice and soy sauce.  Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.  Add fresh ground pepper to taste. 
Serve with a side of green vegetables. Exp.  Green beans, broccoli, asparagus, collards, salad.
