Jesse’s Black Bean Salsa
 
 

Makes a lot, lasts a little!

3 cans partially drained black beans
½ jar medium salsa
½ jar of sliced jalapenos
½ bell pepper chopped
¼ large onion chopped
2 tbls. Chopped garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cilantro (chopped fresh if possible-can add more to taste)
¼ cup chopped scallions

Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
Yields about 6 cups.
