BT Layered Mexican Dip

Ingredients:
Mrs. Dash – Fiesta Lime
1 pkg. ground turkey breast (about 1.5 lbs)
1 can fat free refried beans
12 oz. 0% Fage (this is a thick Greek yogurt)
2 Avocados
½ a large sweet onion
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1 Lime
Fresh cilantro
Fresh salsa (your favorite)
1 bag (9-12oz.) broccoli slaw
Scallions 2 or 3 chopped

You will need a large glass lasagna pan, a food processor and a frying pan.

Spray your frying pan with Pam and brown your ground turkey breast until done.  As it is cooking add as much Mrs. Dash – Fiesta Lime as you wish (to taste).  When meat is cooked, mix in 1 can refried beans and heat until warm.  Take this mixture and spread it on the bottom of the lasagna pan.  This forms your first layer.  Take the Fage and stir it smooth.  Spread the Fage as an even layer over the meat/bean mixture.
The next 7 ingredients make guacamole:  in a food processor put the meat of 2 avocados, cut ½ of a large sweet onion into chunks, cut ¼ of the red and yellow bell peppers into chunks (save the remaining peppers for slices to eat with the dip), 3 cloves of garlic, 2-3 tbls., fresh cilantro and the juice of 1 lime.  Pulse all together in food processor until blended.  I like mine a little chunky.  Evenly spread the guacamole over top of the Fage layer.  Next spread a layer of fresh salsa over the guacamole layer.  Top with a layer of the broccoli slaw and chopped scallions.  You can garnish with fresh cilantro.

To keep this healthy serve with endive, sliced bell peppers and celery!  I liked it best with the endive!
