Eat Right Omletes

Each egg white has 3.5 gms. Of protein. 
 

For all omelets use Pam cooking spray in your pan.  Just break your egg whites right into the pan and let cook on medium heat until it is almost solid then add your other ingredients.  I like to flip my entire omelet over to make sure the egg is done. 

4 egg whites
2 tbls. salsa
2 slices Boar’s Head turkey breast (You can add more turkey if you like.)
 

24 gms. protein
0 gms. fat
3 gms. carbs.
1 gm.  Sugar

These other ingredients can be added:

Left over steak from the night before.  This is my personal favorite! 
4oz. steak- adds 33 gms. protein and 5.6 gms.of fat
Peppers-1/2 cup chopped adds 3.2 gms. carbs.
Onions- 1 gm. Carbs. /tbls.
Mushrooms-1/2 cup 1.6 gms. carbs. and .2 gms. of fat.

Potatoes- ½ cup diced baked  adds 14 gms. carbs.
