Grilled Portabella Mushrooms

 
 

 

Large portabella mushroom caps (as many as you need for the size of your party)
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Garlic
Italian herbs
Salt and pepper

Using the George Forman grill – place mushroom caps underside up on the preheated grill. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over each cap. Sprinkle with Italian herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Grill 5-6 minutes. Slice and serve bite sized pieces using toothpicks.
