Rinfresco

 

1pkg. Bresaola
2-3 endives
1 avocado
1 lime
Olive oil spritzer

 

Place endive leaves on tray.  Put 1 piece of bresaola, folded, in each endive leaf.  Put one slice of avocado on top of each piece of bresaola.  Spritz with olive oil and squeeze lime juice over all.  Top with fresh ground pepper to taste.  A tad of fresh ground sea salt is good too. 
These are a light and refreshing appetizer, hence the name:  Italian for refreshing!
