Taco Salad - Bodytek Style!

 

Any packet of taco seasoning – original (no cheese!)

Ground turkey or chicken breast or cut pieces of chicken breast

Cook as directed on the taco seasoning packet.

 

To serve put cooked meet over:

Lettuce

Chopped tomatoes

Scallions

Salsa

Refried beans (fat free)

**** You can add brown rice or avocado for extra calories.
