| 1 can solid white tuna
1 tbsp. Kraft “Free” mayo if desired(we don’t use mayo, you can use mustard in its place. I like it with just the worcestershire in it!)
A shake or two of worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
½ cp. Celery, chopped
½ cp. Cucumber, chopped
½ cp. Crushed Pineapple in its own juice (drained)
*If you like onions, chives, or scallions you can add them also. ¼ cp. Onions, chopped
Eat alone or on 1 slice of light whole wheat toast.
If you eat the entire can of tuna with the bread, onions, and mayo then these are your totals:
374 cals.
30g protein
35g carbs.
Without the bread: subtract 7 carbs. and 40 cals.
Without the onions: subtract 3.5 carbs. and 15 cals.
Without the Kraft “Free” Mayo*: subtract 3 carbs. and 8 cals.
*Any other Mayo even Light brands are very high in fat and cals.!
