Tilapia and Fennel

 
 

Fresh Tilapia                       2lbs.
Fresh fennel bulbs               2 large (sliced @ 4 cups)
Fresh cilantro                       1 cup chopped
Olive oil                               1/8 cup
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450˚     
Place Tilapia filets in a baking pan sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle chopped cilantro over fish.
Sprinkle sliced fennel bulb over fish.
Sprinkle olive oil and salt and pepper over all. 
Bake in oven about 20- 25 minutes until fish flakes with a fork.
