For ease when traveling; take along:
Power Foods:
Pouches of tuna – white albacore in water
Protein shakes – Oh Yeah! (Good grab or full size for full meal)
Protein Supps – Oh Yeah! Almond Fudge Brownie bars small (or lg. for full meal)
Deli turkey
Mood Foods:
Fresh fruit (any will do just eat one serving per meal)
Whole wheat pita bread
Instant oatmeal (Mix in a Dixie cup with a few Craisins and water; it’s quick)
Sugarless gum – for when you’re hungry and you can’t get to your food.
Quaker Rice Snacks (1/2 bag makes a smart serving ladies)
Omegas
Pecan pieces in baggies measured 2oz. ea. (1baggy for with any power food)
Almonds in baggies measured 2oz. ea. (1 baggy with any Power food)
With the above items along for the ride you have 1 minute meals!
- Pita stuffed with turkey and mustard.
- Pouch of Tuna and a piece of fruit.
- Protein shake or bar by itself
- Protein shake and piece of whole wheat pita
- Protein shake and fruit
- Add Quaker snacks, Almonds, or Pecan servings to any power food.
