1 can chunk white tuna
mustard (your favorite! I like Golden’s spicy)
fresh chives or scallions.
Flake one can of tuna into a bowl.
Add mustard to desired taste and consistency.
Chop chives or scallions and mix in. This amount is up to your taste
also.
Put a tsp. full on a cracker (Snackwells no fat or low fat crackers)
and enjoy a good healthy treat!
If you eat the entire can of tuna:
30g protein
Chives: 1 cal./tbsp.
Mustard: 0 cals./tsp.
Crackers: about 70 cals. For 6-8 crackers depending on the crackers
you use. Check the box! Don’t go overboard on the crackers!
With the crackers: 304 cals.
Without crackers: 234 cals.
