Lemon juice 3 tbsp.
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
Garlic 1 tsp.
Dijon Mustard (Grey Poupon) 1 tsp.
Black pepper ¼ tsp.
Cannellini canned (white beans) 1 cup
Onion chopped ½ cup
Tomatoes diced fresh or canned 2 cups
Spinach 3 cups
White albacore tuna 12 fl. Oz drained
Mix first five ingredients with a whisk to make your vinaigrette.
Pour vinaigrette over all other ingredients and toss.
