Beth Brinn signed up for her first aerobics class when she was in
high school. She picked up the moves so quickly that the instructor
at the YMCA asked her to teach. Beth continued to instruct for ten
years. In the mid 80s Beth began to incorporate bodybuilding into
her exercise routine. She’s won a handful of awards at national
and regional bodybuilding shows including first place in the short
class of the Chesapeake Open in 1999. Beth brings a bodybuilding style
of training to BodyTek and uses both free weights and weight machines
to sculpt clients’ bodies. She also enjoys reading and collecting
pottery. Beth is 45. |
