Beth Brinn signed up for her first aerobics class when she was in high school. She picked up the moves so quickly that the instructor at the YMCA asked her to teach. Beth continued to instruct for ten years. In the mid 80s Beth began to incorporate bodybuilding into her exercise routine. She’s won a handful of awards at national and regional bodybuilding shows including first place in the short class of the Chesapeake Open in 1999. Beth brings a bodybuilding style of training to BodyTek and uses both free weights and weight machines to sculpt clients’ bodies. She also enjoys reading and collecting pottery. Beth is 45.
